Crock-Pot Beef Round Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. bottom round roast
    10 3/4 oz. cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 large onion
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Place roast in crock-pot.
    Mix sliced onion, undiluted condensed canned soup, seasoning and water and pour over roast. Cover and cook 8 to 10 hours on low setting.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
