Apple Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 large eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 c. flour
3 c. chopped raw apples
Preparation

Prepare apples and set aside.
Measure oil into bowl.
Add sugar and eggs; beat until creamy on low speed.
Sift flour and measure; sift again with salt, soda and baking powder.
Add the flour mixture a little at a time.
Fold in pecans and apples.
Put in pan lined with wax paper.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes. Use greased Bundt pan or 13 x 9-inch pan.
