Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans salmon
    2/3 c. celery, chopped fine
    2/3 c. onion, chopped fine
    1 sprig parsley, chopped fine or dry 1 to 2 tsp.
    1 c. fine bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. mayonnaise
    paprika (to garnish)
Preparation
    Drain salmon and save liquid.
    Flake salmon and remove bones and skin as desired.
    Combine bread crumbs, seasonings and mayonnaise with reserved liquid.
    Add salmon and mix thoroughly. Pack into 9 x 5-inch greased loaf pan.
    Sprinkle generously with paprika.
    Bake 45 to 60 minutes in preheated oven at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8.
