Sweet And Sour Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. brisket
    2 onions, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. catsup
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place brisket on onions and garlic.
    Mix other ingredients; pour over brisket.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 until tender, approximately 4 hours.
