Sunshine Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 10 carrots, sliced and cooked
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 c. orange juice
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Boil all above ingredients (except carrots and butter) for 1 minute.
    Add butter.
    Pour glaze over hot, cooked carrots.
