Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven
    to 350\u00b0.
    Mix sugar and shortening.
    Beat in eggs.
    Blend
    in
    flour
    using
    slow
    speed
    on mixer.
    Add nutmeg.
    Turn
    onto floured cloth and add more flour as needed to make dough stiff.
    Roll thin, cut, decorate if desired, and bake on greased cookie sheet 10 to 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
