Pasta Ala' Daniel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken tenderloins
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1/2 c. scallions
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    1/2 c. chopped tomato
    1/4 c. ham (1-inch), diced
    1/2 c. beef broth
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. white wine
    black olives to garnish
    cooked pasta
Preparation
    Heat saute pan with nonstick spray or small amount of oil. Cook chicken 3/4 of the way done.
    Add wine.
    Add vegies and some broth; reduce by 1/2.
    Add pasta.
    Cook 2 minutes and serve. Garnish with black olives.
