Rice And Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. uncooked rice
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    3 halved chicken breasts
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix soup and milk; reserve half of mixture.
    In another bowl, mix remaining soup mixture, rice and mushrooms and liquid with half of onion soup mix.
    Pour into shallow casserole. Place chicken on top.
    Pour reserved soup over chicken.
    Sprinkle with remaining onion soup.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Uncover; bake 15 minutes more.
