Easy Scratch Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    2 eggs
    vanilla or whatever flour (add to your taste)
    4 egg whites
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, milk and shortening; add eggs.
    Beat with whisk by hand or spoon for 2 minutes or until well mixed.
    Pour into greased cake pan.
    Bake for 20 minutes or until done in middle; check with toothpick or fork.
