Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
1 onion, chopped fine
1 small can creamed corn
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Place corn meal in mixing bowl.
Add onions, corn, eggs, oil, salt and milk.
Mix well and pour in well greased pan.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven about 40 minutes or until golden brown.
