Mary B'S Cheese Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
vanilla wafers
cherry pie filling

Preparation

Mix first four ingredients together until smooth.
Take 1 vanilla wafer cookie and place, rounded side down, in cupcake paper and fill 3/4 full with cheese mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cupcakes will rise then fall in middle.
Cover with cherry pie filling.
