Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 c. cooked chicken or turkey, diced
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. baking mix, Pioneer or Bisquick
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease a shallow 2-quart baking dish.
    Mix chicken and vegetables and layer in bottom of dish.
    Pour soup, salt and pepper over chicken.
    Combine baking mix, milk and butter. Pour over top of chicken and soup.
    Bake for 45 minutes or until brown.
