Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can cranberry sauce
1 can apple pie filling
1 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
6 c. young, unsprayed dandelion leaves or mixed salad greens
1 onion (best to use spring onions)
1/2 clove garlic
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. wine vinegar or apple vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Wash and drain dandelion leaves.
Mix oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Pour over dandelion leaves in small bowl, tossing to coat leaves.
Serves 4 to 6.
