Onion Quiche(Delicious For A Brunch Or To Serve New Year'S Eve) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. thinly sliced onions (round slices)
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. (1/2 lb.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Cook onion in 1/4 cup butter until tender but not brown. Place in unbaked pie crust.
    Combine cheese with flour and pepper; add eggs and milk.
    Pour over onions.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 35 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Serve in wedges or squares.
