Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    juice of 2 lemons
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    grated lemon rind
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice.
    Mix well.
    Add beaten egg yolks, milk and melted butter.
    Cook until it comes to a boil and becomes thick.
    Remove from heat; add a little lemon rind.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Cover with meringue. Bake until browned.
    Also good in a graham cracker shell.
