Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick margarine
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    6 large eggs, well beaten
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 (10-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Melt margarine in milk over low heat.
    Add sugar to beaten eggs and add vanilla.
    Pour into milk mixture while it is still over heat; mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until custard is done but still \"jiggly\".
