Baked Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cauliflower
    2 slices bacon, reserve drippings
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook whole cauliflower in boiling water until tender, 15 minutes.
    Cook bacon, remove and crumble; set aside.
    Add onion to 2 tablespoons bacon drippings.
    Cook until tender.
    Stir in soup and milk; add cheese.
    Place drained, cooked cauliflower in 1-quart casserole.
    Pour sauce on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Garnish with reserved bacon.
    Yield: 6 servings.
