Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sweet potatoes
    1 stick margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 or 3/4 c. raisins
    1 pkg. lemon or vanilla instant pudding
    small marshmallows
Preparation
    Heat potatoes in juice until near boiling.
    Drain and place in mixer bowl.
    Beat until creamy.
    Add margarine, sugar, pudding (dry) and raisins; beat well.
    Pour in casserole dish, cover.
    Top with marshmallows and bake until golden brown.
