Dutch Goose Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    4 c. diced potatoes, raw
    1 onion, chopped fine
    3 c. shredded cabbage
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 to 2 c. water
Preparation
    Put 1/2 of
    meat on bottom of baking dish.
    (Canned hamburger is also good.)
    Add
    potatoes,
    cabbage,
    onion
    and
    seasoning. Top with remaining meat.
    Add water.
    Bake covered 1 1/2 hours in 350\u00b0 oven.
