Vegetarian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. ground walnuts
    2 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    4 to 5 cloves garlic, chopped
    4 large red onions, chopped fine
    2 stalks celery, chopped fine
    3 Tbsp. parsley, chopped fine
    1 c. favorite vege-meat
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 to 4 c. gravy (to cover meatballs)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Form into balls of desired size and place in casserole dish.
    Cover with 3 to 4 cups of cream gravy and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
