Sausage And Zucchini Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    4 c. coarse grated zucchini
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 (28 oz.) cans Hunt's whole tomatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut sausage into 1-inch pieces.
    Drain and chop tomatoes. Brown sausage in heavy skillet over low heat until cooked.
    Add onion.
    Cook until soft (if necessary, add a bit of oil). Add everything else except cheese.
    Stir-fry gently for 5 minutes (no longer).
    Serve with cheese.
