Gravy Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lean pork chops
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle salt and pepper on chops and then brown on both sides in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Drain off drippings.
    Pour around chops a mixture of 1 can cream of mushroom soup, evaporated milk and water.
    Bake 45 minutes or until done.
    Stir gravy.
