Apple Crumb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust
    5 to 7 tart apples, peeled, cored and cut in eighths (5 c.)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    8 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Line a 9-inch pie plate with pastry.
    Arrange apples in unbaked shell.
    Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples.
    Mix flour with the other 1/2 cup sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
    (If pie browns too quickly, cover edge with foil.)
