Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 flour tortillas
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. half and half
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 (7 oz.) can chopped green chiles
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cut in 12 strips
Preparation
    Wilt onion in butter.
    Add half and half.
    Set aside.
    Fry tortillas lightly in hot oil.
    Dip in half and half mixture, one at a time.
    Put a strip of cheese on each.
    Roll.
