Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Owens sausage (hot), browned
    2 slices bread, cubed
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. ground mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Use a 13 x 9-inch dish.
    Cube bread in dish.
    Spread browned sausage over bread.
    Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper and cheese.
    Pour over sausage.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
