Rio Grill Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 (6 oz.) center cut pork chops
1 stick sweet butter, softened
1 head roasted garlic cloves
2 oz. Blue cheese
1 Tbsp. finely minced fresh rosemary
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 lb. medium white mushrooms
1/8 c. olive oil
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
salt and pepper
Preparation

Marinate mushrooms with olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar and garlic.
Combine butter, garlic, Blue cheese, rosemary and lemon juice.
Keep at room temperature.
