1 pkg. hot roll mix
1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste with Italian seasonings
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. shredded cheese (sharp Cheddar, Colby, Monterey Jack, etc.)
1/2 lb. ground chuck, browned and drained*
1/2 lb. Italian or breakfast sausage, browned and drained or 1/2 lb. sliced pepperoni
choice of vegetable toppings (sliced onions, green peppers, mushrooms, olives, etc.)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
