Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. yellow corn meal (plain)
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    2 c. mild Cheddar cheese
    1 jalapeno pepper
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 bell pepper
    2 small cans creamed corn
Preparation
    Mix together ingredients, except cheese.
    Pour 1/2 batter in dish or pan.
    Put 1/2 cheese on top.
    Pour rest of batter and top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
