Turkey Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 medium green pepper, cut in strips
    1 c. celery
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 3/4 c. strong chicken bouillon
    1/2 envelope onion soup mix (1/4 dry)
    2/3 c. diced turkey
    1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts, drained
    8 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
    3 oz. can mushrooms, drained (or fresh)
    chow mein noodles
Preparation
    In large skillet, stir-fry green pepper and celery in butter until tender-crisp.
    Combine cornstarch, water and soy sauce; blend into pepper mixture.
    Stir in bouillon.
    Cook and stir until thickened.
    Stir in remaining ingredients except noodles.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Serve over noodles.
    Serves 6.
