Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    1 stick oleo, melted in baking dish
    1 c. potato flakes
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt
    water
Preparation
    Salt chicken and then dip in beaten egg that a little water has been added.
    Then roll chicken in a mixture of the potato flakes and Parmesan cheese.
    Put in baking dish skin side up, uncovered.
    Bake 30 minutes.
    Turn over and bake 30 minutes more.
