Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. frozen mixed vegetables or 2 cans mixed vegetables, drained
    1 (16 oz.) canned cut green beans, drained
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook mixed vegetables according to directions; drain. Add next 4 ingredients; mix well. Spoon into lightly greased 2-quart shallow baking dish. Sprinkle crumbs over top and drizzle with margarine. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle vegetables with garlic salt if desired.
