Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 square Bakers bitter chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar thoroughly with electric mixer so mixture will not be grainy.
Cook, add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Pour in baked pie shell and cover with whipped cream.
Chill a few hours before serving. Toasted coconut may be sprinkled over whipped cream.
