Corn Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. thinly sliced onion
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 c. diced cooked potatoes
2 c. fresh corn or 1 c. cream-style corn
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation
-
In a large saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender, but not brown.
Mix together remaining ingredients.
Heat to boiling and keep warm, but not bubbling.
May be made ahead of time and actually improves with standing and reheating.
