French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 to 2 heaping tsp. baking powder
    1 to 2 level Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    3 or 4 eggs
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl, slowly stir in milk and add eggs one at a time to mix.
    Should be the consistency of a pancake batter.
    May add a little more milk if desired.
    After batter is ready, sprinkle nutmeg lightly over batter.
    Dip dry bread slices in batter and cook in a lightly greased electric skillet or frying pan over a slow heat.
    Allow to brown on both sides.
