Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 1/2 qt. popped corn, unsalted (I always add more)
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white syrup
    1 c. butter or oleo
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. flavoring (I use vanilla)
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cook brown sugar, syrup, butter and salt at 245\u00b0.
    Boil for 5 minutes.
    Add flavoring and baking soda; beat.
    Pour over corn. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
