Spanish Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 slices bacon
1 small onion, chopped
1 green pepper
3 Tbsp. flour
1 small can diced tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Saute bacon, onion and green pepper until lightly brown.
Add flour; stir until smooth.
Heat tomatoes; add salt.
Add gradually to bacon, onion and green pepper.
Gently stir in green beans. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
