Cherry Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine and mix until smooth.
Place one vanilla wafer in each cupcake cup.
Fill about half full with mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool and cover with cherry pie filling.
Makes about 24.
