Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium red potatoes, boiled
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 small carton sour cream
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. dry parsley
1 tsp. celery seed
4 boiled eggs, chopped
1 small jar pimento
sweet pickles
1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation

Cube potatoes.
Add eggs, onions, pickles, parsley and celery seed.
Mix mayonnaise and sour cream.
Layer potatoes, then cream mixture, ending with cream mixture on top.
Sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate.
