Griddle Prawns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. prawns, butterflied or large shrimp
1 cube butter
2 to 3 green onions, sliced
2 to 3 cloves garlic, crushed and chopped
Preparation

Heat the
griddle
and add a portion of the butter.
As the butter
melts,
add
some garlic and green onions.
As you start to smell
the aroma, add the prawns.
You don't want the griddle too hot
and
want the prawns to cook evenly while you constantly turn them.
As you turn the prawns, use the spatula to drip the cooking butter over the meat.
