Hot Fudge Sundae Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 3/4 c. hottest tap water
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix flour, sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt in ungreased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Mix in milk, oil and vanilla with fork until smooth.
Stir in nuts.
Spread in pan.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa.
Pour hot water over batter.
Bake for 40 minutes.
While warm, spoon into dessert dishes; top with ice cream.
Spoon sauce from pan onto each serving.
Makes 9 servings.
