Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9-inch pastry crust
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked crisp
    1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
    1/4 c. minced onion
    4 eggs
    2 c. cream
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. cayenne
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Crumble bacon in pie crust along with cheese and onion.
    Beat eggs with remaining ingredients.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Bake 15 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean.
    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
