Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. finely chopped parsley
    1/3 c. olive oil
    2 c. evaporated milk
    1 onion, grated
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 eggs, beaten slightly
Preparation
    Mix in order of ingredient list.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
