Chocolate-Covered Cherries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) jars maraschino cherries, well drained (with stems)
    1 box confectioners sugar
    1 stick plus 2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
    1/3 block cooking wax
Preparation
    Mix sugar, margarine and vanilla until mixture forms a ball. Pinch off marble size ball of dough and flatten on table.
    Wrap around cherry, making sure that cherry is well covered. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
