Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole cut up chicken
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. Lawry's
    pinch of herbs
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 c. chicken broth
    3 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. fresh Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Heat chicken
    broth
    to
    a
    boil.
    Lower
    heat\tand add chopped onions, bay
    leaf and Parmesan cheese to make a paste. Add herbs,
    mustard
    and
    pepper.
    Butter a baking dish.
    Coat chicken with
    the cheese paste generously.\tBake in 375\u00b0 oven, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
    Baste occasionally.
    Add water, if necessary.
