Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can condensed mushroom soup
    1/2 can Vitamin D milk
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well. Crush Ritz crackers.
    Spread 1/2 of the cracker crumbs in a shallow baking dish.
    Heat cheese, soup, butter and milk in a saucepan until cheese melts.
    Pour broccoli into dish on top of cracker crumbs.
    Put melted cheese mixture over broccoli; top with the remaining cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes, or until cracker crumbs brown slightly.
    Serves 4 to 6 people.
