Dutch Baby(Puffy Dessert Or Breakfast Pancake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 1/3 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Unwrap butter and put in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Put pan in oven until butter melts.
    Meanwhile, beat the eggs.
    Then add milk and flour.
    Stir until just blended. Batter should be lumpy.
    Pour batter into pan with butter and return to oven.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes until puffed and golden. Serve immediately.
