Chocolate Oil Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
1 c. sour milk*
1 egg
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

*To make sour milk, add 1/4 c. vinegar to milk.
Mix all ingredients together, except add water last, and pour into mixture slowly.
Beat well each time.
Add vanilla last.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Do not open oven door first 20 minutes.
