Skillet Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium green cabbage
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 large cloves garlic, minced
    1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
    2 to 3 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    3 green onions, sliced
Preparation
    Remove outside leaves.
    Wash cabbage.
    Cut into wedges, coarsely shred cabbage with knife and throw away core.
    Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot.
    Add cabbage, garlic, red pepper and sugar.
    Stir continuously for 2 minutes; add onion. Stir until vegetables are very tender.
