Rice Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices of bacon
    1 large can whole tomatoes, cut in pieces
    3 cans chicken broth
    1 large onion, sliced and sauteed in small amount of bacon drippings
    1/4 c. regular rice
Preparation
    Fry bacon crisp; saute onions.
    Put tomatoes, chicken broth and onions in a large pan and bring to a boil.
    Add rice and crumbled bacon and boil on lower heat until rice is cooked.
