Favorite Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    2/3 c. flour
    3 c. rhubarb, diced
Preparation
    Beat egg and stir in granulated sugar and 2 Tbsp. flour.
    Add rhubarb and blend.
    Spoon into buttered 8 inch baking dish. Combine margarine, brown sugar and 2/3 c. flour and cut to crumbs. Sprinkle over rhubarb.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Note: Doubles nicely.
